Job summary

Johns Hopkins University & Medicine - Development and Alumni Relations seeks a Development Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. You will manage CRM data, process gifts and pledges, and assist in reporting, budgeting, and event planning across DAR initiatives.

You will partner with IICR, JHTV, and DAR colleagues to advance fundraising, alumni engagement, and corporate partnerships, while coordinating complex calendars and travel across time zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
• Three years related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per Johns Hopkins equivalency policy.

Responsibilities

• Support processing of team information and data management in the development database (CRM).
• Enter, retrieve and maintain data, gifts, pledges, and donor transactions; track gifts and update proposals.
• Provide administrative support for the DAR team: calendar management, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Assist with financial transactions: reconciling travel expenses, paying invoices, monitoring budgets.
• Maintain office filing systems, manage travel arrangements, and support events and communications.
