Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Five years related experience required.
Education may be substituted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead to triage internal and external constituent inquiries.
Work with team and leadership to resolve constituent issues.
Ensure accurate processing of contributions and maintain donor database integrity.
Review data quality and triage issues to the team and leadership.
Produce ad hoc and regular reports.
Assist leadership with reporting and analysis of gift and pipeline data.
Prospect identification and portfolio management support for gift officers.
Coordinate work plans and submissions with the Director of Development.
Generate donor and faculty reports; prepare briefing materials.
Plan, execute, and evaluate events; staff events as assigned.
Coordinate project management tasks and committee representation.
