Versiti, Inc. in Grand Rapids is seeking an entry-level contact center agent to deliver exceptional donor experiences by handling inbound requests via phone, email, chat, and social channels. You will document information in our systems, follow established processes, and work with supportive supervisors.

The role transitions to a hybrid work model after initial in-office training. This position offers a starting pay of about $16.39 per hour with applicable shift differentials, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience.
• Strong multi-channel communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, chat and social media, resolving donor issues.
• Document donor information in computer systems.
• Provide friendly, professional service on every interaction.
• Follow established processes and training to support donor needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure donor satisfaction.
