Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking an entry‑level contact center specialist to deliver exceptional donor service across phone, email, chat and social channels. You will document information in our systems and resolve donor questions promptly.

This role starts with in-office training for two weeks and then transitions to a hybrid schedule; part-time, 25 hours weekly, with shifts in the late afternoon/evening CST/EST. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and proactively communicate progress/obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, chat and social media, resolving donor issues
• Use computer systems to document information
• Provide friendly, professional service on every call
• Follow clear processes and training to support blood donor needs
• Work with a supervisor who's invested in your success
