Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Indiana is seeking an entry-level contact center agent to deliver exceptional donor experiences. You will respond to inbound calls, emails, chat, and social media, documenting details and resolving donor issues with professionalism.

The role offers part-time hours (25 per week) with an initial in-office training period, followed by a hybrid work arrangement and ongoing support from supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, chat, and social media to resolve donor issues.
• Document information in computer systems.
• Provide friendly, professional service on every call.
• Follow training to support donor needs and schedules.
• Escalate or route donor inquiries as appropriate.
