Job summary

Versiti is seeking an entry-level contact center agent to deliver exceptional donor experiences. You will answer calls, emails, chat, and voicemails, document donor information, and provide friendly, professional service. After an initial in-office training period, the role transitions to a hybrid work arrangement.

The position emphasizes accurate data entry, multi-channel communication, and teamwork to meet service levels while supporting donors and the mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, chat and social media to resolve donor issues.
• Document information using computer systems and maintain donor records.
• Provide friendly, professional service on every interaction.
• Follow established processes and training to support donor needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure donor satisfaction.
