Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Science or Humanities.
• At least three years of related work experience and two years in prospect development or fundraising.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and summarize information to support cultivation and solicitation of top prospects.
• Identify donor capacity and potential engagement through data-driven analysis and wealth screening.
• Produce confidential research documents for development staff and senior officers.
• Lead or participate in group projects and mentor junior analysts as needed.
• Maintain on-site presence three days per week and ensure data quality for the central database.
