Job summary

Be The Match is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to lead the Donor Engagement function and related processes, ensuring timely donor education and intake through initial donor qualification. The role focuses on staff development, process consistency, and collaboration with Operations leadership to achieve department goals while upholding NMDP standards.

The position emphasizes leadership of the Donor Engagement team, strategic program development, and cross-functional partnerships with Provider

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles and ability to guide professionals.
• Strong oral and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating donor engagement or equivalent teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily oversight of the Donor Engagement staff managing the Search function.
• Coaches staff, supports quality, strategy, training, and feedback processes.
• Leads staff through transitions and maintains open communication with the team.
• Ensures adherence to standards, processes, and regulatory requirements across Donor Operations.
