Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids is seeking a Donor Engagement & Events Coordinator to lead fundraising events, manage volunteer programs, and support sponsorships aligned with the Club's mission.

The role focuses on creating engaging donor experiences, developing communications, and representing the organization at community events and meetings. Evening and weekend availability is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in event planning or fundraising.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising, stewardship, and community engagement events.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, volunteers, and run-of-show documents.
• Support sponsorship solicitation and recognition.
• Develop donor communications and engagement materials.
• Capture content during events for newsletters and social media.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
