Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and community engagement events.
Manage major events including Barefoot at the Beach and sponsor recognition functions.
Develop event timelines, budgets, logistics plans, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate registration systems, communications, sponsorship materials, seating, and volunteers.
Ensure donor-facing experiences reflect high standards of hospitality and organizational representation.
Maintain stewardship calendars and donor touchpoints, recognition tracking, and follow-up activities.
