• Experience managing donor/volunteer databases.
• Experience in volunteer recruitment and donor communications.
• Ability to coordinate volunteers and events with inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Volunteer & Donor Database Management: Maintain donor and volunteer databases and ensure accurate communications.
• Volunteer Recruitment & Placement: Identify opportunities and connect volunteers to suitable roles.
• Volunteer Recognition & Retention: Lead recognition efforts and coordinate retention initiatives.
• Annual Campaign: Support donor appeals and engagement activities per fundraising plans.
• Digital Communications Support: Create email campaigns, newsletters, website content, and event promotion.
