• Familiarity with event management platforms and CRM databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Cvent, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes events including fundraising and donor cultivation activities.
• Manages event committees, recruits volunteers, and liaison with sponsors and vendors.
• Develops and manages event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Maintains donor recognition processes and event databases for planning and reporting.
• Negotiates contracts and coordinates with venues, catering, decor, and AV.
