Qualifications

• Five (5) years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success securing charitable gifts.
• Experience in donor moves management, portfolio development, and stewardship.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and ensure timely outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate mid-level donors and corporate partners.
• Manage a portfolio of 100–125 donors and prospects.
• Develop and implement a corporate giving strategy aligned with Foundation priorities.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation and fundraising initiatives.
• Lead sponsorship strategy for Foundation fundraising events.
• Prepare donor-facing materials and reports.
• Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to advance donor strategies.
