Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Donor Experience Coordinator to plan and manage fundraising events, coordinate volunteers, and support donor and employee engagement initiatives. You will oversee timelines, budgets, sponsorships, and event logistics to strengthen donor relationships and community ties.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in event planning or nonprofit settings, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years in event planning, nonprofit, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and community events strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising events and manage event logistics.
• Coordinate volunteers, schedules, and recognition efforts.
• Support employee engagement activities and donor stewardship events.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment and sponsor communications.
• Maintain event records, budgets, and attendance reports.
