Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Donor Experience Coordinator to plan and execute fundraising events, coordinate volunteers, and support employee and donor engagement. You will manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, and sponsor relations to strengthen community and hospital relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of event planning, nonprofit, hospitality, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and community events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for the Foundation's signature fundraising events, including Spring/Summer Gala and Women Helping Women Luncheon.
• Coordinate logistics for smaller donor cultivation events ranging in size from 10-100 people.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, production schedules, and logistics.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, décor, audiovisual services, and event-day operations.
• Manage sponsorship fulfillment and event recognition.
• Coordinate and support third-party fundraising events benefiting the Foundation.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and recognize Foundation volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer committees supporting fundraising events.
• Develop volunteer engagement and appreciation activities.
• Maintain volunteer records and communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities supporting the Stronger Together campaign.
• Assist with donor stewardship events and recognition activities.
• Support Moving Mountains educational and appreciation events in partnership with the Annual Fund Officer.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment.
• Coordinate sponsor benefits, recognition, signage, and communications.
• Support sponsor stewardship before and after events.
• Maintain event records, budgets, attendance reports, and evaluations.
• Coordinate event communications and invitations.
• Collaborate with Foundation staff and hospital departments.
• Represent the Foundation professionally at community events.
