The Brooklyn Museum is seeking an Assistant Manager, Individual Giving to support the Contemporary Art Committee (CAC) and Advisors programs, manage donor data in Tessitura, and help drive revenue and donor engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, this role leads donor stewardship for the Exhibition Fund and Impact Fund and collaborates with Development, Curatorial, and Special Events teams to ensure coordinated, impact-driven fundraising activities.

The Assistant Manager, Individual Giving is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the planning, administration, and data management of the Contemporary Art Committee (CAC) and Advisors programs. Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, Individual Giving, this role plays a key part in ensuring the successful execution of these programs as drivers of revenue and donor engagement.
This role also supports portfolio management for the Senior Development Officer, Individual Giving, and leads donor stewardship for the Exhibition Fund and Impact Fund across the Individual Giving team, ensuring consistent, thoughtful engagement and communication with supporters.
A key member of the Individual Giving team, the Assistant Manager, Individual Giving works closely with colleagues across Development, Curatorial, and Special Events to ensure strong internal coordination, accurate data tracking in Tessitura, and seamless execution of donor strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting high-level fundraising programs and operations.
