Job summary

BAXTER ST at CCNY is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to support donor cultivation and fundraising for a growing arts nonprofit in New York City. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Advancement Officer to identify, engage, and steward new and existing philanthropic funding sources, focusing on individual donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of frontline fundraising with individual donors.
• Proven track record securing four- and five-figure gifts.
• Passion for photography and the arts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual donors up to $15,000.
• Identify and cultivate new donor prospects and convert them to donors.
• Design and implement annual giving campaigns to drive revenue.
• Write donor communications including appeals, renewals, and acknowledgements.
• Conduct donor research and prepare briefing materials for leadership.
