Job summary

Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts (ASCPA) seeks a Development and Donor Relations Associate to expand philanthropic support for ASCPA and the Great American Songbook Foundation. You will manage donor campaigns, cultivate relationships, and coordinate stewardship activities to grow individual giving.

In this role you will write communications, collaborate with the Strategy Team, and use Tessitura and other CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, arts management, communications or business preferred.
• Minimum of three years in nonprofit fundraising or business development.
• Experience with CRM and fundraising platforms (Tessitura, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Qtego).

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement individual giving campaigns with donor communications.
• Manage portfolio of broad-based and mid-level donors.
• Draft monthly renewal and cultivation letters and emails.
• Coordinate donor retention and stewardship events with teams.
• Track expenses and support budgeting for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with Strategy Team on donor strategies for up-tiering.
• Utilize Tessitura to track donors and engagement.
• Adhere to deadlines and participate in annual budgeting.
