Job summary

Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts (ASCPA) and the Great American Songbook Foundation (GASF) seek a Development & Donor Relations Associate to expand philanthropic support. You will lead campaigns, steward donors, and help cultivate a broad and local donor base for both organizations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in fundraising or related field and at least three years in nonprofit fundraising or business development, with strong writing, communication, and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fundraising, arts management, communications or business preferred
• Minimum of three years in a previous nonprofit fundraising or for-profit business development position; experience in individual fundraising, broad-based giving, and event planning preferred

Responsibilities

• Write 20–25 letters and/or emails annually including renewal and cultivation pieces.
• Manage a portfolio of 90–110 donors and prospects with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Lead and implement individual giving campaigns, including content creation, calendars, and web updates.
• Coordinate donor retention, recognition, and stewardship events with cross‑team collaboration.
• Track campaign and event expenses for budgeting purposes.
