Job summary

Dallas Symphony Association is seeking a Development & Campaign Coordinator to provide essential administrative and project management support to the Chief Development Officer. The role drives donor materials, pipeline tracking, and collaboration across Development, Marketing, and Artistic teams.

The position supports annual giving, a comprehensive campaign, and donor stewardship, requiring strong organization, proactive communication, and a commitment to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit leadership or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Chief Development Officer, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and materials prep.
• Coordinate donor materials, briefing documents, and follow-up communications.
• Track action items, deadlines, and departmental priorities; support fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain donor records, prepare correspondence, and manage gift tracking in the database.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, proposals, and donor materials; support events and stewardship.
