Job summary

The Annual Giving Officer at St. Bernard’s Foundation plans, implements, and evaluates the foundation’s annual giving program to acquire, renew, upgrade, and retain donors. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, nonprofit management, fundraising/development, or a related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's with coursework or concentration in nonprofit management, fundraising/development, marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related discipline.
• Professional fundraising education or development training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the annual giving program to acquire, renew, upgrade, and retain donors.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of annual fund donors and prospects.
• Develop multichannel appeals and donor communications; coordinate fundraising and stewardship events.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and use data to improve fundraising performance.
