Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive fundraising, annual giving, development, or nonprofit marketing experience.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Strong donor acquisition, retention, segmentation, and lifecycle fundraising understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy.
• Lead campaigns including Giving Tuesday, year-end giving, Doctors' Day, Nurses Week.
• Build a mid-level donor program to grow major gifts.
• Oversee donor stewardship to boost retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing on fundraising content across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and donor trends.
• Develop segmentation strategies using Salesforce and fundraising analytics.
• Partner with Senior Philanthropy Officer to move donors to major gifts.
• Serve as strategic partner to leadership and ambassador for the foundation.
• Contribute to building a high-performing philanthropy culture.
