Job summary

Central Health Foundation is seeking a Campaign and Donor Stewardship Manager to lead the annual giving program and donor stewardship efforts. The role involves developing multichannel fundraising strategies to acquire, retain, renew, and upgrade donors, while aligning with the Foundation’s mission.

Responsibilities include planning annual campaign calendars, audience segmentation, donor journeys, and engagement touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit/related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in annual giving, donor stewardship, or multichannel fundraising.
• Experience designing donor journeys, segmentation, and multichannel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Foundation’s annual giving strategy.
• Manage year-round fundraising calendar, appeals, and stewardship touchpoints.
• Coordinate with Communications, Operations, Finance, and Major Gifts as needed.
• Lead donor segmentation, journeys, and upgrade strategies.
• Ensure accurate donor records and reporting in CRM.
