Job summary

Pardee UNC Health Care seeks an Annual Fund Officer to advance the Foundation's mission by leading and growing the annual giving program, donor cultivation, stewardship, employee giving initiatives, and strategic fundraising campaigns. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Three or more years of nonprofit fundraising experience with emphasis on annual giving.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Foundation's annual giving program through direct mail campaigns, stewardship, donor cultivation, and annual fundraising strategies.
• Manage the annual giving society Moving Mountains with donor acquisition, retention, recognition, and engagement.
• Coordinate two annual donor education and engagement events for Moving Mountains members and prospective donors.
• Manage a portfolio of 75-125 current and prospective donors through regular cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Track annual giving KPIs including donor acquisition, retention, participation, and revenue growth.
• Support the Foundation's Grateful Patient Program in collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical teams.
