Job summary

The Annual Giving Officer role supports planning, execution, and evaluation of annual giving campaigns, focusing on donor targeting, participation, retention, and data-informed strategies. This position translates fundraising plans into actionable campaigns and collaborates with campus partners to optimize donor engagement and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Four years of relevant experience. Additional experience may substitute for education.
Experience in annual giving or development operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare campaign-specific data for Annual Giving initiatives and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with Advancement Services for data requirements and reporting alignment.
Translate campaign needs into data requests and specifications.
Validate and reconcile campaign data with official records.
Execute audience segmentation for appeals, crowdfunding, and Day of Giving.
Develop and maintain audience lists for donor acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
