Zusammenfassung

Alight is seeking a Donor Engagement Officer to drive annual giving and manage a portfolio of middle donors. You’ll grow donor engagement, solicit gifts, and develop tailored proposals for both general operations and restricted programs.

You will work closely with the Annual Fund Director and global teams, coordinating outreach, stewardship, and events to support Alight’s mission and fundraising goals.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record of annual giving or major gift area.
• Past experience a PLUS, with any or all: middle donor programs/societies; matching gift programs; or planned giving
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software to maximize relationship management; Raiser's Edge is a plus
