Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program (Physician, RN, LPN).
• Current license/certification as Physician, RN, LPN, EMT (as allowed by state).
• 1 year hospital/field care or plasma center experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• State license to perform moderate complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history reviews, physicals, and consent per SOPs.
• Document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions with appropriate care.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and train as QA Backup/Designated Trainer.
