Job summary

Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Database Administrator I to manage the donor database, ensure data integrity, and support fundraising analytics. You will process gifts, maintain donor records, and generate reports to support campaigns and donor engagement.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to privacy standards, and collaboration with the Development Leader and team to drive fundraising success for the community.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant experience in donor management or CRM systems.
• Experience with donor data, gift processing, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to generate reports from databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operation and integrity of the donor database.
• Enter, post, and reconcile gifts, pledges, and other charitable transactions.
• Prepare donor communications, acknowledgments, and reports.
• Support data-quality reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with dashboard preparation and routine reports.
