Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for candidates.
• 2–4 years of development operations or fundraising administration experience.
• Experience with fundraising CRM/database systems required; Raiser's Edge NXT experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with gift processing, reporting, and donor stewardship administration.
• Nonprofit fundraising or advancement operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM/database records, gift entry, and data integrity for the Development Department.
• Process charitable contributions and pledge payments accurately and timely.
• Prepare donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications.
• Create standard and customized fundraising reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate gift documentation and fundraising revenue reconciliation with Finance.
• Provide events and administrative support for fundraising activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with donors, volunteers, and staff.
