Job summary

Griffin Museum of Science and Industry is seeking a Donor Data and System Manager to lead donor data governance, reporting, and data integrity. The role includes managing gifts, memberships, online contributions, dashboards, and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in nonprofit fundraising software, strong project management, and experience leading a small team. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• : Five to seven years’ experience with nonprofit development (fundraising) systems.
• : Strong project management skills.
• : 1-2 years’ experience of management preferred.
• : Bachelor’s degree required.
• : Strong attention to details and ability to organize and prioritize.
• : Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• : Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor data including data entry, gift processing, list generation, reports and receipts.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboards from multiple data sets in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with External Affairs, IT and Finance on data projects and systems.
• Gift reconciliation within the department and with Finance monthly.
• Coordinate data management across the Museum’s databases and other software.
• Oversee electronic filing and records related to donor data.
