Job summary

Gilda's Club Middle Tennessee is seeking a data specialist to support a part-time, contract transition from our current CRM to Arreva/Exceed Further. You will maintain data integrity, organize donor records, and collaborate on data strategies to improve processes for development and marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus.
