Must be currently enrolled as a Villanova University undergraduate student.
Position requires in-person work.

Understanding of and ability to maintain data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Support gift and donor record maintenance by using Banner to review historical data, research discrepancies, and update constituent records.
Monitor shared inbox, triage requests, and create Salesforce tickets for timely follow-up.
Assist with special projects including donor ID research and tax receipts/pledge reminders during peak periods.
