Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience auditing and reconciling financial records and donor contributions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile the University Gifts Account to ensure receipts are recorded accurately.
• Administer chargeback, refund, and void processes.
• Review and analyze modification requests and initiate changes to charitable contributions, pledge commitments, and Alumni Association memberships.
• Ensure the integrity of the donor and alumni database through updates and data quality.
• Act as primary contact via email, phone, or letter with donors and internal teams.
• Enter major pledge commitments and terms into the gift system.
