Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2-4 years of similar or related experience.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities; strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and produce stewardship reports and donor communications.
Edit endowment narratives, donor stories and gratitude statements.
Develop reporting templates, timelines and project plans.
Collaborate with UAC and campus partners to ensure timely delivery.
Manage digital stewardship outreach using ODDER, FundMiner, AirTable.
Help track metrics and improve stewardship processes.
Draft and coordinate customized acknowledgment templates.
Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
