Job summary

Goodwill Foundation is seeking a Database & Project Coordinator to maintain donor data and assist with data- and operations-related projects that support fundraising efforts. You will manage the donor database, enter and reconcile gifts, and prepare reports for effective donor communication.

The role collaborates with Foundation leadership, requires strong data integrity skills, and involves supporting CRM systems and data governance across the organization.

Qualifications

Experience with databases, data integrity, and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising data is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain donor database and ensure data accuracy.
Enter and reconcile gifts and constituent records.
Prepare reports and mailing lists for fundraising.
Support data integrity audits and CRM maintenance.
Assist with donor events and registrations.
Produce dashboards and data analyses for fundraising.
