Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive healthcare fundraising and operations management experience.
• Experience overseeing a CRM conversion preferred.
• Energetic and driven to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess the Development team and align resources across programs.
• Evolve data strategy and automate systems to support growth.
• Develop dashboards and reports for fundraising performance and KPIs.
• Build Bike HSS and donor engagement programs; drive event fundraising.
• Partner with IT, finance, research, marketing to forecast and report.
• Mentor and retain a high-performing development team.
