Job summary

The American Red Cross is hiring a Data Management Coordinator II for its Douglasville, GA facility. The role is on site, with a Tue–Sat shift, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and includes a base hourly rate with shift differentials.

You will manage donor records, resolve discrepancies, and support workflow and quality control to ensure timely, accurate data processing. Qualifications include at least a high school diploma, 3 years of data processing experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• Experience: 3 years of related typing/data processing experience or equivalent.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve donor data discrepancies and duplicates.
• Contact donors and third parties to resolve data issues.
• Modify donor and patient records, including deferrals.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure tasks are accurate and timely.
• Maintain compliance and improve data quality.
