Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Data Management Coordinator II for our Douglasville, GA location. The role supports donor data accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and ensures timely processing while adhering to compliance standards.

You will work in a hybrid setup after initial in-person training, with an 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM shift and weekend differential. The position offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of related typing/data processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Computer: Intermediate level with Microsoft Office in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve donor data discrepancies and duplicates, evaluating information for proper resolution.
• Contact donors and third parties to resolve donor data issues.
• Modify donor and patient records, applying and removing deferrals as needed.
• Assist in coordinating workflow of the area, ensuring timely task completion.
• Ensure compliance and quality by meeting guidelines and timelines.
