Job summary

Prison Fellowship Financial is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure donor data integrity across multiple platforms and Salesforce. You will reconcile transactions, process donations, and support month-end close with strong accuracy and organization.

The role emphasizes independence and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with remote work and up to 5% travel. Prior NPSP experience is preferred for effective data handling.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years accounting or account reconciliation experience.
• 2-5 years of data entry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle donor and financial information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Download and reconcile daily transaction data from donation platforms to Salesforce.
• Reconcile transactions from Springboard, GoFundMe Pro, Apple Pay, PayPal, and card/ACH processors.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and data-quality issues.
• Verify donation data is complete, accurate, and recorded.
• Process donation batches to support monthly close deadlines.
• Support month-end close activities related to donation processing and reconciliation.
• Research account questions and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
