Job summary

Prison Fellowship, a Christian nonprofit, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure donor and financial data integrity across donation platforms and Salesforce.

This full-time remote role covers transaction reconciliation, donation processing, and month-end support, with up to 5% travel. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or account reconciliation experience.
• 2-5 years of data entry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Download and reconcile daily transaction data from donation platforms to Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud.
• Reconcile transactions from multiple platforms (Springboard, GoFundMe Pro, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit cards, ACH).
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and data-quality issues.
• Process donation data and ensure accurate coding and recording in Salesforce.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with special projects.
