Job summary

College Possible is seeking a Donor Data Associate to maintain data integrity within Salesforce, manage gift entries, and support digital fundraising across multiple sites. You will partner with the Development Operations Manager and national teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and seamless donor stewardship.

You will contribute to dashboards and reporting, assist with go‑forward fundraising data requests, and help ensure clean data workflows to support College Possible’s nationwide

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of fundraising or nonprofit operations management experience.
• Experience with donor data entry, gifts processing, and database accuracy.
• Experience supporting multiple departments/sites on fundraising data needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce NPSP and online fundraising platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gift entry and acknowledgement in Salesforce, with proper coding and reporting fields.
• Review online gifts and manage GoFundMe Pro pages, ensuring data integrity.
• Pull segmented donor lists and generate standard reports to track progress and dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity and provide training on the database to new staff.
