Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit field or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of nonprofit fundraising or development operations preferred.
• Experience with donor CRM systems required and donor stewardship experience preferred.
• Experience supporting fundraising operations and donor engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising campaigns, events, annual giving, grants, and major gifts operations.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment and stewardship activities to increase engagement.
• Assist with donor cultivation and stewardship initiatives for retention.
• Maintain moves management tracking and donor pipeline activities.
• Prepare donor lists, reports, and materials to support fundraising activities.
• Manage donor communications through accurate tracking and reporting.
• Oversee donor database management, segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership as needed.
