Job summary

AVMF in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Data Administration Manager to oversee donor data, ensure data integrity, and coordinate timely acknowledgments of gifts, pledges, and matching gifts.

You will support scholarship and grant programs, track awards, manage distribution, and ensure compliance while partnering cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance donor engagement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years’ CRM database management experience; nonprofit/fundraising background preferred.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
• Experience in grants management, especially post-award.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify data-informed patterns and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience creating donor prospect lists.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database and ensure data integrity and timely data entry.
