Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ CRM database management experience, nonprofit/fundraising preferred.
• Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT experience preferred.
• Experience in grants management is preferred with focus on post-award management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to identify data-informed patterns and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience creating donor prospect lists.

Responsibilities

• Manage the donor database and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate processing and acknowledgment of donor contributions (gifts, pledges, stock gifts, in-kind donations).
• Provide operational support for scholarship and grant programs and track awards.
• Support cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.
