Job summary

Misericordia Home in Chicago seeks a Development Analyst to manage donor data entry and database upkeep within the Foundation department. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, processing gifts, and supporting stewardship through timely acknowledgments and memorial donations.

You will work with volunteers and residents to maintain records, respond to inquiries, and help drive fundraising operations with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with donor management software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Experience using donor CRM software to manage records and gifts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter all incoming donations into the donor database accurately and promptly.
• Review and verify donor data; ensure correct linking and gift type mapping.
• Prepare timely donor gift acknowledgments and memorial donations lists.
• Support reporting and donor services for stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with volunteers and residents on data-entry tasks and questions.
