Job summary

Rose Community Foundation in Denver seeks a Donor Services & Database Associate to maintain the donor database (Donor Central/Foundant) and support grantmaking and donor services. You will ensure data quality, build user communities, and assist staff with lists, reports and imports while coordinating system upgrades and security settings.

The role supports fundholder relationships, donor platforms, and online grants.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with a database and CRM software
• Strong communication with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality in the database and lead ongoing maintenance
• Create mailing/invitation lists, reports and imports
• Coordinate upgrades/patches to database software and manage access/permissions
• Support donor-advised fundholders and technical assistance for donor platform
• Process grants, distribute statements and manage grant files
