Job summary

The St. Louis Community Foundation seeks a Donor Services Database Assistant to support administrative, reporting, research, and data management for the Donor Services Department. This role helps with grantmaking, gifts, donor stewardship, Foundation programs, events, and database integrity.

Responsibilities include CRM maintenance, data standards, reporting, and staff training on data entry and reporting. Collaboration with Finance and cross-functional teams is essential to protect donor

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in database management, data analytics, donor services, or a related field preferred.
Strong data analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling donor information.
Experience with donor/grant management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Database management: data entry, oversee CRM, organize tables, standards, tags, and codes.
Donor services research: summarize activities, analyze results, and report findings to leadership.
Donor engagement: provide administrative support and assist callers and staff.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Donor Services.
