Job summary

Rose Foundation is seeking a Data and Grants Associate to manage data and logistics for fundraising, communications, and grants administration. Based in Oakland, the role supports the Grants Department and the Development Team in donor CRM, data integrity, reporting, and back-office operations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in nonprofit administration, strong data skills, and experience with donor CRM systems, Wordpress, and mass communications platforms; Spanish language ability is

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising administration and data management.
• Minimum two years in an office/administrative role, nonprofit preferred.
• Experience with donor CRM systems and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Wordpress, and email mass communications platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in California preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database, including data entry and donor tracking.
• Support grants administration and program officers with contracts and records.
• Coordinate donor outreach, events, and communications lists.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns, mailings, and reporting.
• Provide data and analysis to support impact stories and reports.
• Help coordinate Rose’s annual Film Fest logistics and outreach.
