Job summary

Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA, seeks an Assistant/Associate Director of Development to engage alumni and friends as partners in supporting the College of Arts & Architecture. Reporting to the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, you will help plan and execute major gift strategies and cultivate prospective donors.

The role requires a track record in securing major gifts, exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently

  • Plan and execute solicitation strategies leading to major gifts.
  • Travel extensively regionally and nationally to build enduring fundraising relationships and track progress against goals.
