Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years work experience in a nonprofit fundraising setting.
• Healthcare fundraising experience a plus.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Detail oriented; able to problem solve and work well in a team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical, project management, data entry and fundraising support for a team of 6–8 gift officers.
• Assist with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors.
• Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion under deadlines.
• Assist with fundraising appeals including updating donor lists, printing, mailing, and coordinating tasks.
• Support donor events and portfolio reviews; prepare reports from Raiser's Edge.
